Get energized before the symposium begins with a trail run in the desert. Run amongst the iconic giant Saguaro cactus on spectacular desert trails with your host, bassoonist/trail runner/marathoner, Marissa Olegario. 1 hour run, 4-6 miles. Bring trail running shoes and water. Space for only four people so sign up fast! Any additional participants will have to secure transportation.
